Who is the Novo Blinds dealer program for, and what do I get?
Our wholesale program is built for interior designers, contractors, builders, and retail showrooms across Western Canada — Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Saskatoon, and the markets in between. Dealers get factory-direct pricing, a full physical sample kit, white-label packaging on select product lines, a dedicated account rep, and direct access to our Edmonton production line. We don't sell retail inside your territory — your pricing and customer relationships are protected.
What are your lead times and minimum order quantities?
Standard production runs 3–5 business days from approved order to shipped goods, out of our Edmonton facility with 200-unit-per-day capacity. There are no per-order minimums — a single-blind replacement and a full multi-unit condo package get the same dealer pricing. Rush turnaround is available on a per-project basis when timelines get really tight. Samples go out same day: pick up at our Edmonton facility or we ship them same day on request.
What does your warranty cover, and how do service calls work?
Every blind we manufacture carries a lifetime workmanship warranty, with a 5-year motor warranty on powered products. If something fails, we repair or replace it directly — we don't route you through a distributor. Dealers get a direct line to our production team for service questions, measuring support, and escalations, and return freight on confirmed manufacturing defects is on us.
