Can every Novo blind really be motorized?
Yes. Roller shades, zebra blinds, blackout blinds, sheer curtains, vertical sheers, and Shangri La shades can all be fitted with our motor at order time or retrofitted later. Every motor is fitted and tested in our Edmonton blinds workshop before installation.
Do I need to rewire my house?
No. Our motors are battery-powered with a 12-month charge cycle, and the smart hub plugs into your router with a single cable. Hardwired options are available for new construction if you prefer.
Will it work with Google Home, Alexa, and Apple HomeKit?
Yes — all three. Our gateway bridges our motors to every major smart-home platform so you can group blinds into scenes, set schedules, and control by voice.
How noisy are the motors?
Under 38 decibels — quieter than a whisper. You can run them in a bedroom at night without waking anyone.
