Commercial project questions

Can we enquire before specifications are complete?

Yes. Property managers, FF&E buyers and project teams can send the city, approximate opening count, quote deadline and any available plans. For occupied properties or repeat orders, include access restrictions, existing product details and the units or phases involved. We confirm the scope, measurement and installation responsibilities before quoting.

Can you review a specified fabric or system?

Send the specified fabric or system and any required fire-test or certification documents. We review suitability and confirm supporting documents for the selected product or proposed alternative. Product data, fabric samples and shop drawings are available for project review; confirm your required submittals.

Can we order supply only or use our own installers?

Tell us who will measure and install, along with the project location and required scope. We will confirm the available arrangement and responsibilities before quoting. If you need supply only, ask us to confirm whether that scope is available for your project.

Does the quote include installation?

Your quote sets out the products, installation and agreed site scope. Confirm quantities, access and measurement responsibility before approving it. Flag occupied rooms, restricted work hours, access equipment and phased handovers early so the scope and timing can be reviewed for your project.

How should we choose fabrics and controls by room?

Review guest rooms or bedrooms separately from offices and common areas. Solar fabric can preserve views, but evening privacy needs review. Blackout fabric also needs suitable mounting and edge-light control. Discuss battery or hardwired power and individual or grouped controls before electrical work is finalized.

Which BC locations do you serve?

Our Surrey team serves Metro Vancouver and selected Fraser Valley communities. Consultations and installation are available in Abbotsford; Chilliwack service is confirmed case by case. Include the project address, access details and intended schedule so we can confirm the available scope.

What warranty applies to a project order?

Review the Novo warranty terms and confirm the coverage for the selected products and project scope in your quotation. Include any warranty requirements with your specification so they can be reviewed before you approve the order. Novo warranty terms.
