Novo manufactures our own fabric, so you can order it by the roll in the same shipment as your components. Over 200 fabrics across zebra, roller, blackout, light-filtering and sheer, in the colours today’s projects call for.

Is there a minimum order?
We work with orders of every size, from single-job top-ups to full cartons and volume programs. There is a small minimum order, contact us and we will confirm the details with your price sheet.
How fast do orders ship?
Most component orders leave our warehouse in 3–5 business days. We stock in depth in Edmonton, AB and Surrey, BC and ship to every province in Canada.
Do you ship to Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada?
Yes. We ship Canada-wide by courier and freight, from single boxes to full skids. Wherever you fabricate or install, we can land components at your door.
Will your components fit the systems I already run?
Yes. Our hardware uses standard 38 mm sizing and is compatible with Rollease R-Series and Skyline systems, so it mixes and matches with the builds you already run. Tell us what you build and we will confirm fit before you order.
Do you sell fabric as well as hardware?
Yes. We manufacture our own fabric and sell it by the roll, with over 200 options across zebra, roller, blackout, light-filtering and sheer. Fabric and components ship on one order, one invoice.
Do you supply motors?
Yes. We stock our own tubular motor systems with remotes, chargers and solar panels, plus the motor-ready hardware to match.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Component pricing is dealer-net and confidential. Send the request form and we reply with the full price sheet and account setup within 1–2 business days.
Who can buy from Novo?
We sell to the trade: blind and shade fabricators, dealers and retailers, installers, and builders and contractors. If you build, sell or install window coverings, you qualify.
